The restaurant is open every day from 12 AM to 12 PM. We offer different kind of food such as: fish ( salmon, pejerrey, reineta, congrio), seafood ( scallops, oysters, locos, king crab) , meat ( beef, chicken and lamb ), pasta, vegetarian and vegan option. Our style is an incredible mix between local and mediterranean food.

Additionally we have incorporated a new pizzeria. We cook real italian pizzas but giving it, an special taste with the traditional products from Patagonia. Those products are: Lamb sausage, Artisanal Smoked Salmon, Sheep Sausage, Guanaco pastrami and Magellanic Steak.

Every day from 10:30 AM to 12:30 our staff organize a free walking tour showing and teaching about the history of Puerto Natales. It starts from the Hand Monument and it finishes at the Hotel. It is available from September 23th 2019.

We offer special and cheaper menú for tourism groups, special celebration or events. Contact us and we will give you more details.

Our bar is open every day until midnight, this has beers, spirits and snacks. Our cafeteria service offers sandwiches, sweets, coffee, tea and drinks.

If you need washing your clothes you can do it just a few steps from our hotel. Alcazar laundry is working every day from 6:00 AM to 21:00 PM.

Storage Room available for free if you have second stay, if you do not, the price is US$ 7 per baggage ( it does not matter how many days)
