As a family business established in Puerto Natales, we focus on providing a closer, warm and customized experience towards our clients to make them feel like home, and the trust to be guided through their trip to Torres del Paine, Calafate, Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers, among others.

 

To provide a service that is responsible, innovative and leader as for the community of Puerto Natales and our hostal and we hope to keep providing the needs that Natales and Torres del Paine demands on these days.

 

Committed to the format of the local culture, from October of this year (2018), we will begin our new and innovator project named "Free City Tour Puerto Natales".

This project was introduced by our management and is looking to teach all our visitors in a 2 hour walk the history of Puerto Natales from a didactic and cultural point of view.

The tour will include bilingual guides, visit to the most important places within the city and also a visit to the main museum where you will have to pay your entry which costs $1,000CLP.

After the tour is done you will be asked to leave an optional tip which will be subject to your criteria according the service given.

 

In our hostel we dream with water free of contamination and we think that taking care of the Patagonia is everyone's task. We try to limit the daily washing of towels, to avoid the abuse of water, we suggest to our passengers to leave on the floor towels to be washed and hang the ones you are using.
